COMMACK HIGH SCHOOL

CHS celebrated some of its brightest science minds on Thursday evening as the Science Honor Society inducted its newest members.

In all, 96 students were inducted during the evening event in the school’s auditorium.

Rather than a candle-lighting ceremony, the event included the new inductees using glow sticks. Of course, that was appropriate because of the scientific principles that allow a glow stick to illiuminate when snapped.
