COMMACK HIGH SCHOOL

It sounded like the French Quarter on Wednesday evening as CMS hosted a district-wide Jazz Night.

A combined Burr and Sawmill jazz band performed, followed by the CMS stage and jazz bands and the CHS stage band and ICA jazz ensemble.

The students, spanning intermediate through high school, then performed jointly.

The students also were fortunate to be joined by guest clinician Charles Sarling.
