CHS Track and Field Thrower Honored As All-Sectional Outstanding Athlete
At Monday evening’s Suffolk All-Sectional Dinner for Track and Field, Anthony P. was recognized as one of the season’s five Outstanding Athletes. This honor follows his impressive dual victories, having secured the County Championships in both the Shot Put and Weight Throw events.
The momentum continues into the weekend as four of our athletes prepare for state-level competition. This Friday and Saturday, Anthony P. will be joined by Ella O. (High Jump), Kenzie A. (Pole Vault), and Leah H. (Long Jump) as they compete at the NYS Indoor Track and Field Championship Meet in Staten Island.
